We are pleased to present Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, an all-inclusive concert in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. The stage sits just feet away from the Caribbean Sea, providing an incredible beach backdrop for these special, intimate shows.

The concerts will take place at the Barceló Maya Beach, an incredible all-inclusive resort sitting on a mile-long stretch of white sandy beach, featuring breathtaking landscapes and pools scattered throughout the property. You may reserve a room at the Barceló, or choose to stay at one of our other carefully selected hotels. Each resort features a variety of restaurants, multiple bars and daily activities, all included in your package price. Spend your days lounging by the pool and beach, or explore the nearby towns of Tulum or Playa del Carmen. Partake in exciting off-site adventures, or sleep off the night before and soak up some sun.

Each night, guests staying at the Barceló Maya will walk out of their rooms and take a short stroll to the beach to see the show. If you are staying at one of our other properties, a shuttle will deliver you within feet of the main stage.

About Dave & Tim

d-and-t-stairs

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds met more than 25 years ago in Charlottesville, VA – before Dave Matthews Band was founded – and have been collaborating ever since. Their rare performances as an acoustic duo allow fans to experience their special chemistry up-close, as they strip down each song to its essence and tell stories. The duo have released three live double-CDs together: 1999’s multi-Platinum Live At Luther College, Live At Radio City (2007) and Live In Las Vegas, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Modern Rock/Alternative Albums and Top Rock Albums charts in 2010. They most recently finished a full 2016 summer tour with Dave Matthews Band.

Riviera Maya

The Riviera Maya is a famous section of coastline along Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, stretching from Puerto Morelos in the North to Sian Ka’an biosphere reserve in the south. Lined by the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, the Riviera Maya is built upon diverse landscapes and is rich in history and culture. From jungles to coastal beaches, the Riviera Maya is home to countless marvels such as magnificent barrier reefs and ancient Mayan ruins.

Playa del Carmen, known by the locals simply as “Playa,” is one of the Yucatan Peninsula’s most stunning beach towns. Once an old fishing village, this trendy epicenter of culture, food and boutiques meets the beautiful Caribbean Sea along a strip of white sandy beach. Playa Del Carmen’s most famous tourist destination is Quinta Avenida, a pedestrian friendly street stretching forty blocks long and home to countless stores and restaurants. The shores of Playa are lined with beautiful beach clubs and local beach rentals, where you can pick up umbrellas and chairs for a relaxing afternoon of sunbathing, or swimming in the clear, blue water.

The coastal city of Tulum, built in the 13th century, was once a thriving Mayan trading center. Tulum was one of the last cities that remained inhabited by the Mayans, surviving 70 years after the Spanish occupation, and is one of the best-preserved archaeological sites in the Yucatan. Nowadays, Tulum is famous for its sugar-white sandy beaches, aqua clear waters and great restaurants and bars offering authentic local cuisines. Each year visitors flock to Tulum to explore the Mayan ruins and spend an afternoon wandering along its gorgeous beaches. Tulum is a can’t-miss destination during your trip to the Riviera Maya.
